Construction of Separate Collection System and Management Countermeasure for Municipal Solid Waste:a Case Study of Hefei

　　The disposal of municipal solid waste has become a major environmental problem faced by all countries around the world.It cannot be avoided in the Chinas current economic development and urbanization.Some issues were analyzed such as the narrow market-oriented of waste disposal,poor implementation of waste separate collection,and low utilization of waste resources.Innovation system of municipal solid waste management was constructed through separate collection,separate transportation,and classification disposal.Management countermeasure for municipal solid waste separate collection was presented from the perspective of government,business,the whole society and a citizen.
