Effect of Different Inorganic Salts on the Anaerobic Digestion of Corn Stover
When different inorganic salt was available,the hydrolysis process of solid substrate may show different performance especially for the final products characteristics.To explore how the inorganic salt influence the anaerobic digestion of solid substrate,four different inorganic salts of sodium sulfate,sodium nitrate,FeOOH,Iron (m) chloride were used in current study.Results showed that the four inorganic salts had different inhibition degree on the methane production.In the reactor with addition of sodium nitrate,no methane was detected.Addition of Fe(m) promoted the gas production,while FeOOH had no significant influence on the methane production.
