The Studies on the Technology of Hydrolysis for Straw by Cellulose

摘要：

　　Straw pretreated with 3% hydrochloric acid was hydrolyzed with enzymatic hydrolysis production of cellulose by Trichoderma T6.The main affecting factors of enzymatic hydrolysis were temperature,pH value and amount of the enzyme.The results showed that the best technology condition of enzymatic hydrolysis was temperature(50 C),pH(4.8) and amount of the enzyme(30IU/g dry straw).The amount of reducing sugar released was 1.5 times than stewing.
