Hazards of Sulfur Dioxide and the Research on New Flue Gas Desulphurization Equipment

　　By introducing the sources of sulfur dioxide(SO2) in air and the hazard to human and environment,a new bubble tower desulphurization unit was proposed and designed.The resistance characteristic curves were determined in the bubble column.The results showed the desulphurization rate could reach 97%.
