Isolation and Characteristics of Organic Nitrogen Decomposing Bacterial Strain

摘要：

　　A bacterial strain named N-24 was isolated from the activated sludge of anoxic reactor,which cultivated the organic nitrogen decomposing bacterial strain.Based on the morphological characteristics observation and biochemical properties identification,strain N-24 was preliminary identified as Bacillus Cohn sp.Further study indicated that the optimum temperature,pH,inoculation amount and reaction time for organic nitrogen decomposition were 30 C,6.0,30% and 48h,respectively.Under the appropriate conditions the anoxic rate of strain N-24 reached 51.56%
