Conditions of Decolorizing by Mixed Efficient Decolorizing Flora

摘要：

　　7 strains were isolated and selected from laboratory,having good performance on decolorizing of malachite green.Study on decolorizing of malachite green was conducted by the.better combination IKDBCE selected by formulation experiment.The results showed that the combinations had good decolorizing efficiency with the initial concentration of malachite green under 150mg/L.The optimum condition for decolorizing was 30 C,pH=9,no additional nitrogen source,1.0mg/L additional carbon source and 1.5mg/L additional phosphorus source.
