摘要：

　　Heat-power cogeneration is the important approach to decrease air pollution and energy saving.In order to achieveenvironmental protection,the heat-power plant not only needs efficient environmental-protection facilities to better managementsystem of the enterprise,but also needs environment management and business combination with a unified body to realize the aim ofenergy saving and pollutants removing.
