Preparation and Characterization of the Biomass Carbon Powder Activated Carbon

摘要：

　　Based on the biomass carbon powder,the best process condition was studied to make activated carbon by using potassium hydroxide.Parameters like the activation time,activation temperature,activator quality score,solid-liquid ratio as the single factor,the methylene blue value,Iodine adsorption value as index were used to design single factor gradually.The result showed that the optimized condition was mass fraction of potassium hydroxide 30%,activation time 90min,activation temperature 750 C,solid-liquid ratio 1:2.In this condition,the value of activated carbon methylene blue was 189mg/g,Iodine adsorption value was 995.68mg/g.
