Study of Surface Structure of Tobacco Leaf Exposed to Low Temperature Plasma
The tobacco leaf was treated by the plasma gas of Ar,N2,O2 and air.The surface composition, structure and state of leaf were observed using scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the structure of tobacco leaf surface has obvious change. At the same time, the spectrum of the surface of tobacco leaf was measured by XPS.The results of two methods are consistent. The large amounts of O and N atoms are found incorporating into the tobacco leaf by plasma treatment.
