Technical Parameters in the Process of Purification and Regeneration Treatment of Mechanical Emulsion
The effect of two-level vertical magnetization,oxygenation and adsorption-filtration on emulsion was studied.The method economized the quantity of emulsion and decreased waste emulsified water.The waste emulsion was treated by electro-coagulation and the optimum coagulating conditions were as follows polar plate spacing,10mm; amperage,5mA/cm2; time,30min etc.The indexes of treated effluent were COD,860mg/L; NO2,180mg/L; pH,9.2.As for the treatment of waste emulsion by chemical coagulation process,Polymeric Aluminum Chloride (PAC) + Polyacrylamide (PAM) and the acidic AiCl3 wastewater were the best coagulants and the optimized coagulating conditions were pH=6.0-7.5,PAC 2g/L,PAM 20mg/L,the acid AlCl3 wastewater 18ml/L.The coagula with 11 waste emulsified water treated by adding 12 ml concentrated HCl and the reclaimed oil was 16ml/L,and the rest mixture could be used circularly to treat the waste emulsified water.The method totally achieved the purpose of using waste to treat waste and recycling use of effluent and clean production.
