A Study on Origin, Characteristics and Causes of EU Aviation Carbon Tax

摘要：

　　In the name of environmental protection,the European Union put forward aviation carbon tax,which has caused much controversy.By studying the development of EU emission trading,this paper first reviewed the origin of EU aviation carbon tax,and then analyzed the characteristics of EU aviation carbon tax,based on the European Union directives.Afterward,from the two aspects of environmental and economic,this study analyzed the causes of EU aviation carbon tax.Finally,from the balanced perspective between Chinas interests and environmental protection,put forward suggestions on aviation industry emission and international negotiations on carbon.
