Discussing of Digital Resources Low-carbon Publishing

摘要：

　　In recent years,along with the digital resource soared,digital resources were related in the publication of the consumption of raw materials.All kinds of energy appear low-carbon requirements.If not in time control,it will be the electronic junk and digital harm.Therefore,we will be as traditional as publishing industry strongly advocated the digital resource low carbon and green publishing,eventually benefit human beings.
