Research on Sealing Equipment for Ceramic Metal Halide Arc Tubes

摘要：

　　In this paper,several types of sealing ceramic arc tube furnace and layout design of super purified glove box were introduced.The methods of injection of mercury and metal halide,electrode assembly and gas injection were put forward.
