　　This article analyzes the current phenomena of enterprise culture construction,and it points out the existing shortcomings as well as its reasons.In consideration of the current condition of petroleum enterprise,it puts forward several suggestions.This article also has an important reference value to the current efficient construction of petroleum enterprise culture
