Surface Properties Modification of Nanostructured ZnO Films

摘要：

　　Nanostructured ZnO films are hydrophobic.The effects of O2 plasma treatment on the wetting properties of the ZnO film surfaces were studied.The O2 plasma treatment makes the nanostructured ZnO films superhydrophilic and helps to enhance the absorption of the dye molecules on the nanostructured film.
