Load TiO2 or TiO2-N on the Porous Carbon

　　In this paper,porous carbon has been used to load TiO2 or TiO2-N by a sol-gel process.The effect of soaking time,heat treatment temperature,and heat treatment time on the loading efficiency has been studied.XRD experiments indicated that there existed anatase and futile on the surface of porous carbon,the quantity ratio of two crystal forms of TiO2 is about 3∶2.SEM images showed that island-like TiO2 or TiO2-N particles were evenly coated on the surface of the porous carbon,with grain size range of 0.1 to 0.5μm,the biggest grain is about 1μm.
