Effect of Testing Conditions on ZnFe2O4 Film Photoelectrocatalytic Properties
The nano-sized ZnFe2O4 films were prepared by sol-gel process on the conducting electricity glass,and the influence factors of the samples photoelectrocatalytic performances was investigated,such as the electrode materials,the electrode distance,the voltage and the light source etc.The results indicated that the photoelectrocatalytic effect was the best when ZnFe2O4 film was used as the anode,while the conductive glass as the cathode,which showed that the main reaction was the photo generated hole.There was an optimal value of plate spacing when the voltage was constant.With the plate distance increasing,the degradation efficiency was increase because of the effective contact probability of the photon generated carrier increasing,while it would be decrease if the plate spacing was too wide due to the moving resistance of photon generated carrier increased,so the degradation rate decreased.Under the different light source,the degradation rates of the films showed undulate increase with the voltage increasing.
