Modeling of Servo 4-stage Gear Transmission System and Influence Analysis on Resonance Frequency

　　This paper brings a method to instruct the structure design for servo gear transmission system via studying the resonance frequency characteristics of system while the structural parameters are changed.With the example of servo 4-stage gear transmission system.first,the dynamic mathematic model and simulation model in MatLab/Simulink are built,and the resonance frequency characteristics are analyzed via cosine sweep analysis.Finally,different structural parameters influence on resonance frequency is discussed in detail and sensitive parameters are pointed out.
