The Model and Simulation of the Potato Harvester
The model of potato harvester was established by Solidworks software aiming to resolve the problems of low design efficiency and backwards design methods.The potatoes harvester included the chassis,the depth wheel,the dithering and elevating device,the digger blade,the universal joint,the suspension bracket,the gearbox,the tilting ring mechanism,the riddler,and so on.The virtual assembly and the simulation of potato harvester were researched by Solidworks software,and the motion and the assembly had not existed interference phenomenon when the model run the static and dynamic interference inspection.The results showed that the assembly and design of potato harvester will improve the design quality and efficiency and reduce the design cycle,and the research on the motion simulation of potato harvester will provide theoretical foundation for development and application of potato harvester.
