Research on Circular Economy of Mineral Resources
Mineral resource is an indispensable part to the economic development and the advancement of human society,as well as the essential element in the sustainable development.The non-renewability and the sustainability of development of mineral recourse require us to minimize energy consumption and achieve the maximum economic development,which renders the resource-based circular economy the strategic choice in the sustainable development.The better utilization of mineral resources and developing a circular economy is the key to comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development and achieve the sustainable development of industrial economy.Taking the mineral resources as an example,this paper put forward suggestions for developing a resource-based circular economy pattern that can fit into the current situation of China after the global financial crisis.It is stressed at the business,government and society levels and based on a market supplying and demanding analysis for certain important minerals.
