Screening High Lipase Yielding Strains
Lipase is widely used in the medium of enzymes,which has extensive sources,selectivity,substrate specificity and functional group in the non-water medium.It has been applied in dairy industry,food,leather,cosmetics,detergent,printing and dyeing and medicine,etc.Breeding high content and high output of lipase enzyme strains is of great significance in industrial production or in daily life.In the present study,the Mucor,which can utilize waste oil as substrate,were screened out to be parent strain from restaurant soils.Mter three generations of petri dish culture domestication,the stable strains can be obtained by using waste oil as substrate.Mter that,the strains were used for fermentation under shaking condition by changing the fermentation medium from oil volume ratio 1% to 3%.Eventually,the best lipase strain of No.20 was selected and the enzyme activity line was determined.The study shows that the top enzyme activity can reach 360u/mL.
