Rapid Development and Future Trends of Wind Power Generation Industry in China

　　Wind energy is an important kind of clean energy,and is also a renewable energy source with abundance of population.Countries in the world attach great importance to its application because of the gradual exhaustion of the traditional fossil energy.China is abundant in wind energy resources because of its unique geographic and climatic conditions.Mter development in recent decades,the installed capacity of wind power generation in China has raised to global five.In the next two decades,China will make even greater progress in the wind power generation.On the whole,the developing trend will appears five features:(1) total installed capacity will continue to increase immensely ; it is predicted that the installed capacity will reach to 100-150 GW by 2020; (2) generating capacity of single unit will also increase; (3) concerning equipments,variable pitch blades technology with variable speed and constant frequency will be applied more extensively instead of fixed pitch blades ; (4) wind field will be built offshore ; (5) cost of wind power generation will decline greatly.
