Synthesis of CuFeO2 Powder by Sol-Gel Method

摘要：

　　Sol-gel method has been adopted to synthesize CuFeO2 powder.Precursor solutions and heat treatment conditions were studied using thermal analysis and XRD.Pure CuFeO2 was obtained using the prepared sol-gel precursor that heat treated at 950℃ for 5 h under nitrogen atmosphere.
