Improvement of Flood and Drought Disasters Emergency Development in Hubei Province
In Hubel Province agricultural nantural disaster,flood and drought occurred most frequently,and the harm was the most serious,the scope of influence was the largest.In all kinds of natural disasters,flood and drought have the most extensive and serious influence on Hubei agricultural sustainable development.The specific recommendations for the prevention and mitigation of flood and drought disasters are to establish a reasonably stable into the system,perfect the legal system of disaster mitigation,and improve emergency plan system and build a reasonable management system in Hubei Province.Only the best prevention and control work can minimize disaster losses.
