Brief Analysis on Characteristics of Army NC0 Education and Teacher Tearns Construction under New Situation

　　The vocational education of army non-commissioned officer (NCO) has been the inevitable trend of the development of military vocational education recently.In this paper,the basic characteristics of the vocational education of Army NCO are summarized firstly.Then the basic qualities that the teachers of army NCO colleyes should have are clarified in detail.At last,several suggestions on how to strengthen teacher teams of army NCO colleges are proposed.
