The Use of ICT in College English Teaching

　　This Paper introduced an online College English Teaching and Learning System and sffongly recommended the teachers to use ICT to assist their teaching and student learning.ICT holds great potential for a shift away from instructionism towards constructlvlsm.However,technology is not everything ICT is just a catalyst of change,it doesnt determine the direction of change.
