Novel Resource Allocation schemes in LTE PDCCH
The Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) is used to signal dynamic resource assignment information in Long Term Evolution (LTE) system.In the presence of numerous active users,their control channel resource location based on PDCCH blind decoding mechanism is determined by the Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI) which is allocated to them by eNodeB when they first access to the cell.This paper presents optimal and efficient resource allocation algorithms based on new RNTI allocation scheme for PDCCH.Three evaluation indexes of the proposed scheduling algorithms are evaluated through Monte-Carlo simulation.Simulation results indicate that system performance (like block probability,CCE utilization and allocation delay time) can be improved significantly with our proposed algorithms.
