An Identity-based AKA Scheme for LTE
It is the dominant trend that the LTE,which is proposed by 3GPP,will become the standard of next generation mobile communication. However, the unique architecture of LTE has presented a new challenge to traditional mobile security scheme. This paper has analyzed the EPS-AKA scheme, which is proposed by 3GPP,and found some weakness.EPS-IBAKA,a new scheme which is based on EPS-AKA is presented by introducing identity-based cryptography. This new scheme can improve the security in the process of AKA,and avoid high burdens such as certificates.
