Optimization of surface texturization on mono-like crystalline silicon wafers
Over the past two years,mono-like crystalline silicon (ml c-Si) has been one of the remarkable technologies that help reduce cost and improve efficiency of solar cell.The efficiency of ml c-Si solar cell can be as high as monocrystalline silicon solar cell,and the cost is similar to multicrystalline silicon (mc-Si) solar cell.1,2 Its meaningful to make a research about ml c-Si solar cell.According to the feature of ml c-Si wafers,texturing seems to be a critical process among all the processes of manufacturing this kind of solar cell.Its report that the texturing on ml c-Si wafers should combine acid and alkaline texturing.3 In this paper,several texturizations are discussed and optimized including acidic texturing,alkaline texturing,and acidic-alkaline texturing on ml c-Si wafers.Different texturizations make different structures,which have relations with the surface feature of ml c-Si wafers.To put it simply,we can find that acidic-alkaline seems to be more maneuverable and low-cost than others.As ml c-Si is widely used,the optimization of texturization on it becomes very significant and meaningful.
