The application of down-shifting material in Si solar cells

摘要：

　　The Eu2SiO4,with Eu2+ emission center at least one order higher than Eu2+ doped phosphor,is prepared by sputtering method.The optical property of Eu2SiO4 is studied.The efficiency of multi-crystalline (mc) Si solar cell with Eu2SiO4 down-shifting converter will be theoretically evaluated,indicating that down-shifting converter has promising application for highly efficient Si solar cells.
