Design of TiO2 electrode surface with organic silane monomolecular layer for high performance DSCs
We describe design of high performance TiO2 electrode surface for DSCs by using 010-faceted anatase nanoparticle for the TiO2 electrode and modifying the electrode surface with organic silane adsorption monomolecular layer.The DSCs performances were characterized using Ⅰ-Ⅴ curve measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The silane modification can greatly enhance interface resistance (Rcr) between TiO2 surface and electrolyte,which improves the cell parameters of Voc,FF,and results a 48% enhancement of power conversion efficiency (η).
