Influence of Nb2O5-TiO2 Doped Working Electrode Films of on Photovoltaic Characteristics of Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells

  Dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) has become a most expectable product of next-generation solar cells because of its uncomplicated manufacturing process with cheap equipments and materials and provide a kind of renewable,clean energy.Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell comprises TCO,porous nanoTiO2 dye electrolyte and count electrode.This article is a brief introduction for the usage of TiO2-Doped Nb2O5 in dye sensitized solar cells.Here,the Nb2O5 embedded into the working electrode of TiO2 films were utilized as the photo-electrode film on FTO-coated substrate in DSSCs.The preparation and characterization of undoped and TiO2-Doped Nb2O5 films as working electrode of dye-sensitized solar cells were demonstrated.Measurements characteristics of Nb2O5-doped TiO2 to 0wt%,1wt%,2wt%,4wt%,6wt%,8wt%.Measurement instruments such as the four-point probe,XRD,SEM and other instruments to understand the performance of Nb2O5-doped TiO2.
