Simulation and Optimization of the HIT solar cell with AFORS-HET
In this paper,various efforts such as changes in the thicknesses of the emitter layer,and the band gap of the back surface field (BSF) have been done to achieve higher efficiency.As a result,the thinner intrinsic layer will enhance the quantum efficiency.Back surface field,is to reduce back surface recombination rate,increase the Jsc and carriers collection efficiency.By numerical simulation,we have optimized the HIT solar cells with Voc of 697.7mV and conversion efficiency of 21.28%.
