摘要：

　　Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) replicas are widely used for the manufacture of microfluidic devices,micro contact printing,as well as cell mechanobiological studies.However,obtaining a master is still the limiting factor in the production of PDMS replicas with uniform,multi-layered and high-aspect-ratio microstructures down to hundreds of nanometers.
