　　PV and LED devices are becoming more commonly used in a variety of consumer products for light and power generation purposes.The performance and functionality of PV and LED devices has improved significantly over the last five year but there is still plenty of room for further improvement.This improvement must be realized in order to enable a significant reduction of the cost for PVs and LEDs to enable the further market penetration of these devices.
