The research of triple-layer grating properties
A type of triple-layer grating structure was designed in this paper,which is generated by inserting a dielectric grating into a metal grating.FDTD method is used to simulate this triple grating numerically.Compared with single metal grating,the peak of transmission spectrum of triple-layer grating is narrower and the transmission decreases to zero on the right of the peak.The influence of geometrical parameters on transmission is investigated in this paper,which offers a useful reference for the design of polarizing filters.
