The Effects of Mitomycin C Adsorbed on Activated Carbon Nanoparticles on Human gastric carcinoma cell line
Objective: To compare the effects of Activated carbon nano-particles (ACNP),mitomycin C (MMC) and MMC adsorbed on ACNP (ACNP-MMC) on the proliferation of human gastric carcinoma cell line BGC-823.Methods: Human gastric carcinoma cell line BGC-823 were cultured in a humidified (5% CO2,37℃) incubator in DMEM/High GLUCOSE medium for 24h.MMC was adsorbed on ACNP in a loading rate of 20%,which rate is measuring by the ultraviolet spectrophography1.
