A Simple Fabrication of Polymer Nanopillars from Anodic Aluminum Oxide Templates
This paper presents a simple two-step wetting method to fabricate ordered nanopillars utilizing commercial porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) as a template.Ordered nanopillar arrays are a promising structure block for tissue engineering,artificial adhesive structures,antireflection and self-cleaning surfaces.The fabrication methods of ordered nanopillar arrays using self-ordered porous AAO templates have been investigated in which the dimensions of the nanostructure can be easily tuned by adjusting the pore diameter and depth of AAO templates 1,2.
