Design of 60GHz Antenna Based on Miicromachined LTCC Substrate

  Antenna is the basic component for wireless communication and radar systems,and patch antenna is one of the most common antennas utilized in these applications.Radiation bandwidth of traditional micro-strip patch antenna is relatively narrow in 60GHz.This paper innovatively design a patch antenna based on micromachined low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) substrates with stepped configuration and a patch antenna with coupled cavity respectively,which expand radiation bandwidth and perfect the S11 parameter.
