Research on Standard Land Price Based On Space Syntax--A case study in Huangshi city of China

摘要：

　　This paper analyses the relationship between integration which is one of variables of space syntax and standard land price based on the output of Axwomen which is one free software integrated by space syntax and GIS.Taking Huangshi as an example,this paper makes the correlation analysis between the standard land price and integration.The result shows that there is significant correlation between them according to which the standard land price can be verified and optimized.When forecasting the future land price based on these result,the other elements should also be considered.
