Visual Inspection System of the Key Process for Automatic Production Line of Li/Mn02 Coin Cell Battery Based on LabVIEW
This research mainly describes how to use LabVIEW,Vision Builder,Vision Assistant and IMAQ Vision of virtual instrument.Firstly,acquiring the real-time images,and then processing and recognizing the acquired images,presenting template matching testing program of the multi-goals area,ultimately realizing the rapid and accurate detection.We have established the human-computer interactive platform,and completed the inspection of shear diaphragm paper process,positive electrode casing process and sorting disk loading process for the Automatic Production Line of Li/Mn02 Coin Cell Battery.
