Planeness Measurement of Computer Hard-disk Surface Based on Opto- Mechatronics Technology

摘要：

　　In this paper,a novel method based on optomechatronics for detecting the plainness of computer hard-disk surface with a higher accuracy is proposed.This article introduces in detail the design of the whole system which includes four modules: optic-electric detecting module,2-dimension mechanic platform,motion control module and human-machine interaction module.And the result showed in the system has more merits like non-contact,high accuracy,flexible and reliable control,high efficiency,etc.And the system has applied successfully in foreign-funded enterprise of Singapore.
