Analysis of the Cutting Mechanism in Gear Hobbing

摘要：

　　Gear hobbing is one of the most useful methods in cutting gears.This study is an analysis of the cutting mechanism in gear hobbing.A new cutting approach that actualizes the cutting mechanism resembling in hob cutting was presented here,and new equipment was developed.It is clear that the tool wear mechanism in the gear hobbing with the new equipment can be easily estimated.
