Study on Development of Proportional Control Valve System for Forklift
This paper is the study of forklift on the development of proportional control valve system.Small forklift is the transmission by the pilot pressure.So a lot of time and money is needed to adjust the sensitivity of transmission.Proportional control valve regulate the clutch pressure.Proportional control valve change the shape of the input waveform by regulating the clutch pressure.Input waveform is changed by using the program.In this paper,we simulate the proportional control valve and the clutch pack.Proportional control valve simulate the performance of Forklift and find ways to reduce shift shock.
