Simulation and Performance Analysis of Load Balancing Algorithms Using OPNET

摘要：

　　Contraposing to six typical load balancing algorithms,this paper constructed a simulation model to investigate the networks performance by applying these algorithms.Firstly,these balancing algorithms were introduced.Then,OPNETbased simulations were conducted by choosing average time delay and CPUs utilization as performance indices.Furthermore,conclusions on the priority and inferiority comparison of these algorithms are derived thereby,which offers theoretical foundation for establishing CPU-intensive web applications.
