The stress analysis of gas pipeline in tunnels on pressure testing condition

摘要：

　　At present the gas transmission pipeline stress analysis is mainly aimed at ordinary buried pipe.Stress analysis is less for gas pipeline in tunnels,especially on the pressure testing condition.Usually testing pressure is greater than working pressure,it is necessary to know the stress distribution of passing-through gas pipeline on pressure testing condition.This paper established pipe stress analysis model for XX gas transmission pipeline in shaft of shield tunnel on pressure testing condition by CAESAR Ⅱ software.This paper gets the gas pipe stress distribution,clearly determined the stress key points,checked the strength of the pipeline.This method provides guidance for gas pipeline stress analysis.
