Oil Pipeline Flange Leakage Analysis And Countermeasures
With the growth of pipe’s age,the aging,corrosion,vandalism or other causes make oil pipeline leak,and these accidents have often occurred.It not only causes much economic losses,but also seriously damages the ecological environment.Among the accidents of oil pipeline leakage,flange leakage accounts for a higher proportion.So,it is necessary to study the flange leakage.First,by studying the causes of flange leakage totally; putting forward several fast leaking stoppage methods about the flange leakage,and by Comparing and analyzing these methods on their equipment,operation,security and other aspects.Finally,draw a conclusion that it can plug the oil pipeline flange more excellent,and introduce the Inject-sealant plugging under pressure detailedly.
