Three-Dimensional Numerical Analysis of Tunnel Structural Stabilization in Mined-out Region
This paper a three-dimensional finite element model of KangJiagou bridge-Miaoling tunnel in mined-out region is built up to calculate surface level and vertical displacement of different working conditions, analyze the characteristics of surface subsidence, divide key part and delineate safety pre-warning range of the surface. At the same time the tunnel deformation and stress characteristics are studied and the tunnel’s supporting parts are also determined through analyzing the concentration areas of structure stress, which make tunnel’s stability been very well controlled. The research results can provide the theory basis and the technical guidance for the construction of tunnel in mined-out region.
