摘要：

　　Microforming,which offers attractive characteristics of low production cost and high productquality,is a promising process to manufacture metallic microparts.Nowadays,microformingprocess,tooling and the entire system design is generally conducted via trial-and-error based on scaling down and modifying the conventional macroforming system.
