Micro forming with assistance of high-density energies

摘要：

　　Since the die bears higher stress due to the size effects and influences on accuracy of products strongly,fabrication of micro mold,mold surface treatment,and clarifying influence of dimensional accuracy of mold on product could be significant issues.In this study,the high-density energies (HDE),such as high frequency vibration and joule heating was applied to assist highly precise and efficient micro forming.The HDE-assisted micro forming was adapted to deep drawing,forging processes.The HDE-assisted micro forming was very effective to improve the accuracy of process as well as reduction of burden on the die.
